Welcome to Quorso Tech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, products, APIs, applications, open-source tools, and any other related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old;
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh or your jurisdiction.
2. Services Overview
We offer:
Web and mobile application development
ML/AI-based APIs and products
Subscription-based software solutions
Open-source contributions (via GitHub or other platforms)
Business automation tools (including school management systems and transcript generators)
Features may include data processing, payment integration, sales forecasting, fraud detection, and analytics dashboards. Availability may vary based on your subscription tier.
3. Account Registration
To use some parts of the Services, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account;
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are deemed fraudulent or abusive.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Pricing
Pricing is tier-based and subject to change with 30 days' notice. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments
We use third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, SSLCommerz, PayPal) for secure transactions. By making a payment, you authorize the processor to charge your payment method.
Renewals
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of your billing cycle, subscriptions will auto-renew at the current rate.
Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to our error
Cancellation within 7 days: For annual subscriptions, if canceled within 7 days of initial purchase
Legal Requirement: As mandated by applicable consumer protection laws
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Support Response Times
Critical Issues: 4 hours (paid subscribers)
General Support: 24 hours (paid subscribers), 72 hours (free users)
Feature Requests: 5 business days acknowledgment
6. ML/AI APIs and Data
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the data you send to our APIs. However, by using the Services, you grant us a limited license to:
Process your data to provide the requested services
Store data temporarily for processing (deleted within 30 days unless otherwise requested)
Use anonymized, aggregated metrics to improve our models (you may opt out by contacting us)
Data Processing
Input Data: Processed only for service delivery
Storage Period: 30 days unless explicitly requested for longer retention
Model Training: Only anonymized, non-identifiable data patterns are used
Deletion: You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time
We do not claim ownership of your original input or model results unless explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
Transmit hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment;
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
Bypass any authentication mechanisms or security measures;
Introduce malicious code, viruses, or exploit vulnerabilities;
Use our services to develop competing products or services;
Engage in cryptocurrency mining using our resources;
Send spam, bulk messages, or automated communications;
Violate any export control laws or international sanctions.
We reserve the right to block access or suspend accounts engaged in suspicious or prohibited activity.
Key Legal Provisions
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee:
That the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
That data will be 100% secure at all times;
That results or output from ML/AI services will be accurate or suitable for your use case;
That third-party integrations will always function properly.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quorso Tech shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
Damages exceeding the total amount paid to us in the past 12 months;
Any damages arising from third-party services or integrations.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
12. Termination
By You
You may stop using our Services at any time. If you terminate a paid subscription, it will end at the end of the current billing cycle unless eligible for refund under Section 4(d).
By Us
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms;
Modify or discontinue parts of the Services with 30 days' notice;
Immediately terminate accounts engaged in illegal or harmful activities.
Data Retention After Termination
Personal data will be deleted within 30 days of termination
Anonymized or legally required data may be retained
Backup data may persist for up to 90 days for technical recovery
